Good People:
Unlike a standard email, when a message is sent from an internal email process like this one to the site's rep, the sender has no record of it once it's sent. Or it's almost impossible to find. Why not arrange for a copy to be returned automatically to the sender's mail box as a standard email so s/he can refer to it at will? It would create a dated paper trail for the EdisonNation member and a source for future reference.

   I will pass along your suggestion, but for now you may use the search feature, with your name, on the upper right site of the support site to search for your prior conversations.
