I understand that a prototype is useful. I just want to know, if you must have a prototype to submit an idea. I am not asking, if you need a patent. I just want to know if you must have a prototype (1) to sumbit an idea.

    You do not need a prototype to submit your idea, you may simply explain in words what your invention is and how it works.
