Your Live Product Search submissions are kept private on the Edison Nation site and held in the utmost confidence by Edison Nation staff. However, if your idea passes the evaluation by the Edison Nation team (stage 7 greenlighted on your dashboard), it is presented to the retailer or manufacturer that sponsored the search.
We only announce the profile names of those inventors who have had an idea or product selected by a previous Live Product Search. We announce it to the Edison Nation community and with the approval of the inventor and the retailer or manufacturer, may announce to select media contacts. We are careful to keep the actual concept a secret to be sure not to harm the product’s marketability.
